Overview
Command Pro is an internal project management application operated by Crafted Kitchens. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information within the application.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and email address via Clerk authentication.
- Project data: Project details, tasks, expenses, and related records stored in Airtable.
- Chat messages: Messages sent through iManager and team chat are stored for operational purposes.
- Notion content: The iManager assistant searches connected Notion workspace pages to provide relevant answers. No Notion data is stored outside of the conversation context.
How We Use Information
- To operate and improve the Command Pro application.
- To provide AI-assisted project management via iManager.
- To facilitate team communication and collaboration.
- To track project progress, expenses, and deliverables.
Third-Party Services
Command Pro integrates with the following services:
- Clerk — Authentication and user management.
- Airtable — Data storage and backend.
- Notion — Knowledge base search for the AI assistant.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered responses in iManager.
- Vercel — Application hosting.
Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
Data Security
Access to Command Pro is restricted to authorized Crafted Kitchens team members via Clerk authentication. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys and credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables.
